COST FOR LAND = 640 redstone for 16 square meters (blocks) of land. This may seem expensive, but it is an extremely useful tool for those who play on the server frequently.

COST FOR BANK ACCOUNT = 64 redstone, but remember that your items will ALWAYS be protected and are safe with the moderators, it's worth the money to have the extra space

COST FOR A SHOP = 250 redstone

COST FOR A HOUSE = 200 redstone, but you get 50 redstone a day so it's worth buying.

u can have 3 sets of district my server had a poor 1 where u lived in cave middle class n rich class
besides getting money is rather easy

oh i get it..makes more sense now. we would have to find a way to enforce protection of your land though. i am going to look into cuboid tonight, so your idea may work.
